The ground rules for using this site: our content and licences, what our research notes are (and aren't), links, liability and the law that applies.

Using the site

www.araskova.com is run by Araskova Labs, Kerala, India. By using it you agree to these terms. Use it lawfully. Don't try to break it, probe it, or overload it (including with automated form submissions), and don't use it to send us anything unlawful or harmful.

§ 02

Our content

The text, drawings, design, share cards and the Araskova name and marks on this site are © Araskova Labs, unless marked otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link back. For anything more, ask us first.

Our open-source projects (Aerial Canvas, CUV, QR GOD Studio and others) are released under the licences in their own repositories. Those licences govern their code, not these terms.

They're provided for information “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Don't rely on them as professional, legal or financial advice.

§ 04

Products and services

Pages describing our products and services explain what we offer. They aren't an offer or a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and prices and timelines on the site are indicative until we put them in writing.

§ 06

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Araskova Labs isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law.

§ 07

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

§ 08

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
